    Our front desk is open from 9 AM - 4 PM on weekdays and by appointment on Saturdays. We are closed on Sundays.
  • How can I check in after the front desk is closed?
    Guests checking in after hours can use our late arrival lock box. Simply enter the provided 4-digit code to retrieve your key and gain access to the building. For detailed instructions, please watch our video guide here: Late Arrival Instructions.
  • What facilities are available on each floor of Acorn Suites?
    1st Floor: Reception, coffee and breakfast bar, and coin-operated laundry. 2nd Floor: Meeting space, conference room, printer, WiFi, and coin-operated laundry. 3rd Floor: Workout facility, coin-operated laundry, and ice machine.
  • What amenities are included in the suites at Acorn Suites?
    Each suite features a kitchenette equipped with pots, pans, and utensils, and guests receive a complimentary welcome basket on their first night.
