The Acorn Suites is offering corporate apartments without a lease nor all the headache and maintenance, and you company can save thousands on hotel expenses! Have you ever heard of a Condo Tel? It’s kind of like that! Your company is the payor and rotates their guests through at their discretion and we handle all the cleaning, utilities, taxes, maintenance and insurance!

Monthly Rates for a party of one

Queen One Bedroom Suite is a fully furnished apartment suite, complete with all the utilities. Hi-speed Wi-Fi and bimonthly housekeeping. Complete with onsite guest coin laundry, workout facility, conference room/business center, and elevator.

2 Months $1700/mo

1 Month $1800

Upgrade to a King Suite, add $200/mo to any rate above.

Pet Policy

At The Acorn Suites, your dog is always welcome. However, there is a pet cleaning fee of $100 for your furry friend to stay the night.
